In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the rk999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rk999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary freezing of the account.

4.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to a member's rk999 Balance upon confirmation of receipt by rk999's payment systems. rk999 targets a deposit processing time of under 90 seconds for all supported payment channels, although actual processing times may vary depending on the member's bank or e-wallet provider. rk999 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by rk999 to the member's designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. rk999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts typically clear within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. rk999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party charges imposed by the receiving institution are the member's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The member's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met, or the member must elect to forfeit any remaining Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the member's real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds).
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Source of Funds. All deposits made to rk999 must originate from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. rk999 reserves the right to return funds to the originating account and suspend the member's account if a third-party deposit is identified.

rk999 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Terms.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. rk999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; collusion between members; and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Any member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook wagers placed on rk999 are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as published on the Platform. rk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where: an error in odds occurred due to a system malfunction; the event was subject to irregular activity or match-fixing suspicion; or the relevant sporting fixture was cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or abandoned.

rk999 offers mix parlay (accumulator) betting across eligible football, basketball, and other sports markets. All individual selections within a mix parlay must be settled before the parlay is resolved. If any single selection is voided, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining selections at their original odds.

6.2 Live Casino. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. rk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the member.

Upon account closure for reasons of Terms violation or fraud, rk999 reserves the right to withhold the member's Balance pending investigation.
